Can you get my grout clean?

Yes - but in some cases the grout has become stained over the years by various things, getting into the grout. This will not allow a uniform look after cleaning. In such a case, color staining the grout may be necessary with sanded grout. Non sanded grout can be taken out and replaced.

Do you replace broken tile?

Yes - but you must have a new matching tile.

Can you fix cracked grout?

Yes - We patch cracked grout, but further checking may be required to see if there are any other problems such as loose tile.

Why is my tile cracking and coming off the floor?

There are many reasons that you could have that problem. It could be that it was not installed properly or someone did not use the proper adhesive. A Grout Genius professional can identify the problem quickly.

When they change the color of my grout, Will it come off?

No - The products we use penetrates deep into the grout and will not wash away. It has a sealer mixed in that will last 1-2 years depending on care.

How often should I seal my grout?

Because grout is a plaster or cement product we suggest every 12 months.

Does the Grout Genius do caulking?

Yes - First we remove the old and install new state of the art caulking.

Does the color staining have a strong odor?

No - Not at all!

Caring for your floor

• Step 1: Vacuum loose dust and debris from floor before mopping.
• Step 2: Use *neutral cleaner for daily mopping.
• Step 3: After applying cleaner, rinse floor thoroughly with clean water.
• Step 4: Rinse mops and change the rinse water frequently.
• Step 5: Have The Grout Genius Maintenance Service Plan performed as necessary.

Avoid strong alkaline, butyl or acid based cleaners such as bleach, ammonia, and vinegar.
